The Chattanooga Police Department is the primary law enforcement agency for the city of Chattanooga. If you are in an emergency, call 9-1-1. Some officers have completed CIT (crisis intervention training) and are equipped to assist individuals with special needs and may become overwhelmed in stressful situations.
