What to Expect
We value vendors who help make Chattanooga Comic Con a strong, vibrant marketplace for fans year after year.
For 2026, we are committed to:

Maintaining affordable pricing for attendees to drive higher attendance and increased buyer traffic

Providing clear, consistent vendor communication and support, including logistics, signage, move-in/out, and booth services

Creating a safe, friendly, and fun environment for attendees, creators, and vendors alike
We’re excited about the opportunity to work with you and make Chattanooga Comic Con 2026 our best event yet. If you have questions or would like to discuss booth placement, special collaborations, or anything vendor-related, please reply and we’ll be happy to assist.


The following information applies to all vendors!

All applications are reviewed by the Chattanooga Comic Con committee. Your application does not guarantee a vendor space.

Once you are an approved vendor, an invoice will be emailed to the provided email address. You MUST pay the deposit or full amount to secure your spot.

Vendors are encouraged to be as descriptive as possible with what they are going to sell. The promoter has the right to dismiss any vendor that sells merchandise that was not approved and/or listed on the vendor application.

Our convention is an all ages event, and vendor booths should be respectful of this. No profanity, nudity, or adult material should be displayed.

We encourage all vendors to stock your booth and bring extra fixtures! You are supplied with 1 table & 2 chairs. When your merchandise is displayed on shelves and well stocked, customers are more apt to stay, shop, and purchase!

Fog machines and balloons are prohibited inside the venue. Items cannot be taped or adhered to the venue wall.

Electricity may be available but not guaranteed. If you need electricity, please let the promoter know!
